Purches form outside the EU

If you live outside the EU, you can certainly also order from Suzanne's Lingerie Supplies. But read this firts if you want to save money and don't want to pay a double VAT:

All products in the webshop are priced including 21% VAT, applicable for the EU. If you live outside the EU or your country is not a EFTA member, you do not have to pay this VAT, but you pay your local VAT over the value of the products that you have purchased. This will be collected from you by customs when the package arrives in the country of arrival (also take into account possible import costs, which apply to your country or region).

The webshop is automatically set to include VAT, applicable for the EU. You can avoid to pay the EU VAT by following the next staps:

  1. Make an account in the webshop.
  2. Send me an email and let me know you made your account and what name you used. Also include a list of the products you like to have.
  3. I drawl you a custom invoice that I send to you tru the webshop to your email. In that invoice you can find the products you selected and a 21% discount because of the EU VAT that you don't have to pay. Also you can find the shipping fee applicable tot the weight of the package.
  4. When you agree, you can klick on the link to go to the check out in the webshop. 
Just a little explanation about why I do this like this; Automating this process in the webshop comes with a costly monthly price tag. I do not want to sell through Etsie because this does not always seem to work reliably and the commission that Etsie takes is quite a lot. To keep the prices of my products as attractive as possible and not to have to pass on these kinds of costs to those products, I choose to sell outside the EU in this way.

 P.S. To all accounts, outside the EU or not EFTA members, registered before 21th May 2023: as of now (21th May 2023) your personal settings are changed to "not paying EU VAT".

 


Wanneer je woonachtig bent buiten de EU kan je zeker ook bestellen bij Suzanne's Lingerie Supplies. Als je geld wilt besparen, lees dan even het volgende:

In de webshop staan alle prijzen van producten inclusief 21% BTW, geldend voor de EU. Wanneer je buiten de EU woont of jouw land niet lid is van de EFTA hoef je deze BTW niet te betalen, maar betaal je jouw locale BTW over de waarde van de door jou aangeschafte producten, wanneer van toepassing. Deze zal door de douane bij jou worden geïnd wanneer het pakketje in het land van aankomst arriveert (houd ook rekening met mogelijke importeer kost, geldend voor jouw land of regio). 

De webshop is automatisch ingesteld op het berekenen van de belastingtarieven, geldend voor de EU. Om te voorkomen dat je deze belasting betaald kan je het volgende doen: 

  1. Maak een account aan in de webshop.
  2. Stuur me een email waarin je aangeeft onderwelke naam je een account hebt aangemaakt. Laat me ook weten welke producten je graag wilt hebben.

  3. Ik stuur je via de webshop naar je email een factuur met de producten die je geselecteerd hebt + een korting van 21% in verband met de EU VAT die je niet hoeft te betalen. Ook vind je daarin de verzendkosten die van toepassing zijn voor het totaal gewicht van het pakket.

  4. Als je akkoord gaat kan je op de link klikken om naar het betaalscherm in de webshop te gaan.
Even een kleine uitleg over waarom ik dit zo doe; Het automatiseren van dit proces in de webshop hangt een kostbaar maandelijks prijskaartje aan. Verkopen via Etsie wil ik niet doen omdat dit niet altijd even betrouwbaar schijnt te werken en de commissie die Etsie neemt, best nog veel is. Om de prijzen van mijn producten zo aantrekkelijk mogelijk te houden en dit soort kosten niet door te hoeven berekenen in die producten, kies ik ervoor om verkoop buiten de EU op deze manier te doen.
